HSE Programme Manager United Kingdom Full Time

The DHL Group is seeking a dedicated HSE Program Manager to join our Health and Safety functional team to drive our health, safety, and environment (HSE) initiatives across the business unit.

Descriptions:

• Work with the HSE leadership team to promote and embed a “safety first” culture throughout the organization.
• Support HSL’s HSE digitalization program and ensure innovative solutions are integrated into our health and safety practices.
• Develop and support the HSE team in all new PCP tenders and post-commissioning Business As Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring compliance and excellent execution.
• Lead the development and direction of HSL’s dangerous goods program and work closely with the HSE team to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and align HSL’s strategic HSE program and support its successful implementation and continuous improvement.

If you have the following experience, but don’t hesitate to apply

• Strong communication and engagement skills and a passion for the subject are important factors
• Great stakeholder management is essential
• Experience of Project Work, such as programs, start-ups, workshops, and innovations, is desirable
• NEBOSH qualification would be a great addition
• Good working knowledge of Power, LOGICS & HSE systems.
