Tiling repeats the watermark across the entire frame in a grid pattern. This is the strongest protection for preview copies. Removing a tiled watermark without visibly damaging the video is impractical.
Add a stroke to text watermarks.
A dark outline behind white text keeps the watermark readable on both bright and dark scenes. Set the stroke width to 2 or 3 pixels for clean results across most video backgrounds.
Size your logo between 15% and 25% of the frame width.
A logo too small disappears on mobile screens. A logo too large dominates the frame. 15% to 25% of the video width is the right range for most use cases.
